For Masala: Ginger, garlic, cumin,
coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala.
Cooking: Olive oil, cinnanmon, cardamom fry
for 2 seconds and remove them.
Add onions and stir until brown. Then add
the masala paste, tomato with water and bring it to simmer. Add salt.
Now add chopped potatoes, cabbage, peas,
reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring continuously, till the veggies are
cooked.
Add yogurt to
it to form a sauce. Serve it with rice.
